Nomadiq Media ("we," "us," or "our") is a marketing company serving construction businesses and the trades. This website is operated by Nomadiq Media. Questions about this policy can be sent to marketing@nomadiqmedia.com.
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device used, and general location at the city level. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. The statistics we see are aggregated and do not directly identify you. You can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We do not run advertising trackers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which they may be deleted. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to request that we delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
This site is served over HTTPS and we limit the personal information we collect to what is necessary. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
